The Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice (OCCJ) is proud to announce, in partnership with the Anti-Bullying Collaboration of Tulsa, “Tulsa Unites Against Bullying,” a back-to-school celebration of community members dedicated to ending bullying.
Eighty-six percent of students who participated in OCCJ’s Middletown program stated that bullying was a real problem in their school. Our shared vision is one of a community in which no child ever fears going to school because of bullying. Our vision is one in which students, educators, parents and community members stand together to end bullying.
“Tulsa Unites Against Bullying” will take place on August 25, 2013 at Tulsa’s premiere gathering space, Guthrie Green, from 2-6 p.m. The event will be free and open to the public.
